With his inquisitive expression and oh-so-squishable cheeks, Aladar has a face that’s difficult to resist.
Aladar has spent most of his life as a colony cat. Even when he was living outdoors as a “feral,” Aladar was never super skittish around people and was very friendly towards his colony’s caretaker. When Aladar seemed to be sick and wasn’t coming out to greet his caretaker anymore, they were moved to action to make sure that this sweet boy was ok. Luckily, we were able to welcome Aladar into our sanctuary!
Indoor life is still a tad new to Aladar, but he continues to be friendly albeit shy. Aladar can’t resist a good scritch and will immediately melt underneath your touch. He loves to roll over and expose his fluffy belly – and he’s not opposed to some belly rubs either! He may not be one to seek out attention and can be nervous when there is a lot of commotion, but he is a gentle mannered boy who just needs a little extra patience.
After years living in a colony, it’s not surprising that Aladar does very well with other cats. He is often found up on the ramps in his suite, huddled up next to a feline friend for comfort. He would be an excellent addition to a multi-cat household.
Aladar is fairly young and healthy as far as we can determine. All he’s missing is a great home. Could Aladar be the one for you? Consider submitting an online adoption application today!
